For the first time, this year will feature an exclusive VIP reception and home tour on Thursday, May 3, in the newly renovated Ely Building for VIP ticket holders. Enjoy music and drinks while viewing before and after photos or speaking with the homeowners, Eddie and Kelley Reymond, about the process of renovating the historic building so they could relocate downtown from West Hills. You’ll have the opportunity to hear the architects from Sanders Pace that made the space worthy of nomination for a 2018 Keep Knoxville Beautiful Orchids Beautification Award. Steve Cotham, manager of the Knox County Public Library’s Calvin M. McClung Historical Collection will speak on the history of the Ely Building and other buildings in the surrounding area.

Reception, tour, and a short talk by Steve Cotham.
Light refreshments and drinks will be provided as well as music by Mark Pace.
